Nicely powered session on the 13 strike. In the water by 7 am, with mark sat in his van waiting for the temp to warm up, ( wise)!!

Hacked up wind and cruzed around Aberdyfi, fun flat water. Fun little session, shame about the 5 minuites of excruciating hand pain on return to dry land. cant ever remember having cold hands in may before. Whats Wales coming to??
